PANEER PEPPER FRY

This is one my favourite pass time recipe which I am sure you all will love it too. Just try it out!

Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ML)
  • 100 gms of Paneer -sliced into cubes(boil the paneer cubes in hot water with some rock salt prior to adding to the dish) 
  • 1 capsicum/ bell pepper chopped
  • 1 big onion sliced
  • few curry leaves
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 15-20 cashew nuts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
Instructions
  1. firstly, in a pan add 1tbsp of butter, add 1big onion sliced, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, few curry leaves and cashew nuts.
  2. saute on low to medium flame, until the onion turns golden brown.
  3. Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1big bell pepper/ capsicum chopped 
  4. saute for 3-4 mins.
  5. furthermore, add paneer cubes and mix well. Now sprinkle pepper and salt as per your taste.
  6. saute on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Yo!the dish is ready to be served.
