PANEER PEPPER FRY
This is one my favourite pass time recipe which I am sure you all will love it too. Just try it out!

Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ML)
- 100 gms of Paneer -sliced into cubes(boil the paneer cubes in hot water with some rock salt prior to adding to the dish)
- 1 capsicum/ bell pepper chopped
- 1 big onion sliced
- few curry leaves
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 15-20 cashew nuts
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- firstly, in a pan add 1tbsp of butter, add 1big onion sliced, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, few curry leaves and cashew nuts.
- saute on low to medium flame, until the onion turns golden brown.
- Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1big bell pepper/ capsicum chopped
- saute for 3-4 mins.
- furthermore, add paneer cubes and mix well. Now sprinkle pepper and salt as per your taste.
- saute on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Yo!the dish is ready to be served.
